Frequently Asked Questions
Pomo is a Pomodoro timer app designed to help you stay focused and productive. It features customizable work and break sessions, a circular progress timer, statistics tracking, Dynamic Island support, and an Apple Watch companion app.
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method where you work in focused intervals (typically 25 minutes) followed by short breaks (5 minutes). After completing several work sessions, you take a longer break. This cycle helps maintain concentration and prevents burnout.
Pomo syncs timer state and settings between your iPhone and Apple Watch using WatchConnectivity. You can start a session on either device and see the progress on both. Settings changes on one device are automatically reflected on the other.
When you start a Pomodoro session, Pomo displays a Live Activity on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island (on supported iPhones). You can see your remaining time and session type without opening the app.

Yes. You can customize the work session duration, short break duration, long break duration, and the number of sessions before a long break. Changes are saved automatically and synced to your Apple Watch.
Pomo is available on iPhone running iOS 18 or later, with an Apple Watch companion app for watchOS 10 or later. The app fully supports English and Spanish.
You can reset your session history and statistics from the app's Settings screen. To remove all data completely, simply delete the app from your device. This will also remove data from the paired Apple Watch.
