No Account Required: Pomo does not require you to create an account. You do not need to provide an email address, password, or any personal identification to use the app.
Timer Data: Your Pomodoro session data, including completed sessions, focus time, and streak information, is stored locally on your device using UserDefaults and AppStorage.
Settings: Your timer preferences (work duration, break duration, long break cycles) are stored locally on your device.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information exclusively to:
- Track and display your completed Pomodoro sessions and focus statistics
- Maintain your daily streaks and weekly progress
- Remember your timer preferences and settings
- Sync timer state between your iPhone and Apple Watch via App Groups (local only)
3. Data Storage and Security
All your data is stored locally on your device using Apple's UserDefaults and AppStorage frameworks. Pomo does not transmit your session data or personal information to any external server.
iPhone-to-Apple Watch synchronization uses Apple's App Groups and WatchConnectivity frameworks. This data transfer occurs locally between your paired devices and does not pass through external servers.
4. Third-Party Services
Pomo does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or AI processing services. There is no external data processing of your personal information.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, share, or transmit your personal information to any third party. Your data stays on your device.
6. Your Rights
You can:
- Reset your session history and statistics from within the app's Settings
- Delete the app to remove all locally stored data
7. Age Requirement
Pomo is intended for users aged 13 and older. The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use this app.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
